Information: उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (UPPSC) ने सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी (APO) परीक्षा 2025 के लिए आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। इस वर्ष कुल 182 रिक्तियों की घोषणा की गई है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 16 सितंबर 2025 से शुरू होगी और आधिकारिक वेबसाइट uppsc.up.nic.in पर 16 अक्टूबर 2025 तक खुली रहेगी।

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially released the notification for the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Examination 2025. This year, a total of 182 vacancies have been announced. The online application process will begin on 16th September 2025 and will remain open until 16th October 2025 on the official website uppsc.up.nic.in.

Application Fee 

  • UR / EWS / OBC: ₹125/-
  • SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen: ₹65/-
  • PwD Candidates: ₹25/-
  • Payment Mode: Online (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI)

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years
  • Upper age relaxation is applicable as per government rules (see notification for category-wise relaxation).

Eligibility Criteria – UPPSC APO Exam 2025

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university in India.
  • Final year students awaiting results are not eligible; the degree must be completed before the last date of application.

Salary & Benefits

The selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Prosecution Officers under Level-8 of the pay matrix. The salary structure is:

  • Basic Pay: ₹47,600/-
  • Maximum Pay: ₹1,51,100/-
  • Additional allowances such as HRA, DA, and other government benefits will be provided as per rules.

  2. Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) through this link.
  3. After OTR, log in with your credentials and click on “Apply Online” for APO Recruitment 2025.
  4. Fill in the required details and upload scanned documents (photograph & signature).
  5. Pay the application fee online and submit the form.
  6. Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
