Information: Under the Union Bank Recruitment Project 2025–2026, Union Bank of India (UBI) has announced the hiring of 500 Specialist Officers for the roles of Assistant Manager (Credit) and Assistant Manager (IT). Online applications will be accepted from April 30, 2025, to May 20, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Manager (Credit)
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- AND one of the following:
- CA / CMA / CS
- OR Full-time 2-year MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBM in Finance with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for reserved categories)
- Age Limit (as on April 1, 2025): 22 to 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms
Assistant Manager (IT)
- Educational Qualification:
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech/5-year Integrated M.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Computer Science/Electronics & Telecommunications/Data Science/Machine Learning & AI/Cyber Security
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant IT domains
- Age Limit (as on April 1, 2025): 22 to 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms

Selection Process
- Online Written Examination:
- Sections:
- Quantitative Aptitude – 25 questions (25 marks)
- Reasoning – 25 questions (25 marks)
- English Language – 25 questions (25 marks)
- Professional Knowledge – 75 questions (150 marks)
- Total Duration: 150 minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Group Discussion (if conducted):
- 50 Marks
- Minimum Qualifying: 25 marks (Gen/EWS), 22.5 (Reserved)
- Personal Interview:
- 50 Marks
- Minimum Qualifying: 25 marks (Gen/EWS), 22.5 (Reserved)
- Final selection will be based on cumulative scores of the written test and interview.

Salary Details
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2000/7 – 62,480 – 2340/2 – 67,160 – 2680/7 – 85,920
- Gross Salary: Approximately ₹70,000+ per month, including allowances and benefits as per bank rules
