Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory.
- For Delhi Police SI (Male candidates only): A valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving licence for motorcycle and car is required on the date of the Physical Test.

- Running Test: 100 m race within 16 seconds (male) / 18 seconds (female).
- Long Jump: 3.65 m (male) / 2.7 m (female).
- High Jump: 1.2 m (male) / 0.9 m (female).
- 800 m Race: 4 minutes (male).
- Shot Put (7.26 kg): 4.5 m (male).

Paper-I
- Mode: Online (CBT)
- Questions: 200 Objective MCQs
- Total Marks: 200
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Sections & Marks:
- General Intelligence & Reasoning – 50
- General Knowledge & General Awareness – 50
- Quantitative Aptitude – 50
- English Comprehension – 50
- Negative Marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
- Available in English & Hindi.
Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Endurance Test (PET)
Candidates must meet SSC-prescribed height, chest (for males), and endurance benchmarks (running, long jump, etc.). Details are given in the official notification.

- Subject: English Language & Comprehension
- Marks: 200
- Duration: 2 Hours
