Age Limit (As on 01 April 2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- Candidates must have been born between 02.04.1997 and 01.04.2005 (both inclusive)
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Final year/semester students can also apply, provided they produce proof of graduation at the time of final selection.
Language Proficiency
- The applicant must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the state they are applying for.

Selection Process
The SBI Clerk 2025 selection will be conducted in three phases:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Test – Qualifying)
- Main Examination (Objective Test – Merit Based)
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
Prelims Pattern:
- English Language – 30 Questions – 20 mins
- Numerical Ability – 35 Questions – 20 mins
- Reasoning Ability – 35 Questions – 20 mins
- Total: 100 Questions – 100 Marks – 1 Hour
Mains Pattern:
- General/Financial Awareness – 50 Q – 35 mins
- General English – 40 Q – 35 mins
- Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Q – 45 mins
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude – 50 Q – 45 mins
- Total: 190 Questions – 200 Marks – 2 Hr 40 Mins
