Application Fee 

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹100/-
• SC / ST / PwBD / Female Candidates: No Fee

The application fee must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Age Limit (as on 16 September 2025)

• Minimum Age: 15 years
• Maximum Age: 24 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.

Essential Eligibility

• Must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) or equivalent under 10+2 system with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
• Should possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT recognized by the Government of India.

Total Vacancies: 1763

The openings are distributed across four major divisions and workshops of North Central Railway: Prayagraj (PRYJ), Jhansi (JHS), HQ/ NCR/ PRYJ, Workshop Jhansi, and Agra (AGC). Below is a detailed breakdown of the vacancies:

 Prayagraj (PRYJ) Division – 703 Posts

Key trades: Fitter, Welder (G&E), Carpenter, Painter, Armature Winder, Machinist, Electrician, Crane Operator.

• UR: 287 | OBC: 188 | SC: 105 | ST: 53 | EWS: 70

 Jhansi (JHS) Division – 497 Posts

Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic (DSL), Painter, Carpenter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, COPA.

• UR: 202 | OBC: 134 | SC: 76 | ST: 36 | EWS: 49

 HQ/ NCR/ PRYJ – 32 Posts

Trades: Stenographer (English/Hindi), COPA, Multimedia & Web Page Designer, Computer Networking Technician.

• UR: 13 | OBC: 9 | SC: 5 | ST: 2 | EWS: 3

 Workshop Jhansi – 235 Posts

Trades: Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Painter, Electrician, Stenographer (Hindi).

 Agra (AGC) Division – 296 Posts

Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Machinist, Carpenter, Painter, ICT System Maintenance, Plumber, Draughtsman (Civil), Wireman, Mechanic Cum Operator Electronic Communication, Health Sanitary Inspector, Multimedia & Web Page Designer.

3. Complete registration using a valid mobile number and email ID.
4. Fill in the application form with personal, educational, and trade details.

6. Pay the application fee online (if applicable).
7. Submit and take a printout for future reference.
