Eligibility Criteria for RPSC Senior Teacher
To be eligible for the post of Senior Teacher, candidates must fulfill both educational and cultural requirements:
Subject-Wise Educational Qualifications:
- Hindi, English, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, Gujarati:
- Graduation with the concerned subject as an optional subject (UGC-recognized)
- B.Ed or Diploma in Education from an institute recognized by NCTE or the Government
- Science:
- Graduation with at least two of the following optional subjects:
- Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Micro-Biology, Bio-Technology, Bio-Chemistry
- B.Ed or Diploma in Education from a recognized institute
- Social Science:
- Graduation with at least two of the following subjects:
- History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration, Philosophy
- B.Ed or Diploma in Education from a recognized institute
Additional Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Hindi (written in Devanagari script)
- Awareness of Rajasthani culture is essential
