Information: The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has announced a massive recruitment drive for Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) across India.
Through the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE) 2025, a total of 7,267 vacancies will be filled for teaching and non-teaching posts, including Principal, PGT, TGT, Female Staff Nurse, Hostel Warden, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Lab Attendant.

Essential Educational Qualifications
Below is a simplified summary of the key requirements.
(All degrees must be from recognized universities/institutions and with minimum 50% marks unless specified.)
- Principal: Master’s Degree + B.Ed./Integrated B.Ed. or B.Ed.-M.Ed. + relevant administrative/teaching experience.
- PGT: Integrated PG with B.Ed. OR PG + B.Ed./Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. in the subject applied.
- PGT (Computer Science): M.Sc. (CS/IT), MCA, M.Tech/ME in CS/IT.
- TGT: 4-year Integrated Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject + B.Ed. + CTET Paper-II qualification.
- TGT (Computer Science): BCA / B.Tech / Graduation in CS/IT.
- Art Teacher: Bachelor’s in Fine Arts/Visual Arts with Drawing & Painting as main subject.
- Music Teacher: Bachelor’s in Music/Performing Arts.
- Physical Education Teacher: B.P.Ed. or equivalent.
- Librarian: Bachelor’s in Library Science or Library & Information Science OR Integrated Master’s in Library Science.
- Female Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing (Hons./Regular/Post Basic) + 2.5 years’ experience in a 50-bedded hospital + valid nursing registration.
- Hostel Warden: 4-year integrated graduation or a regular Bachelor’s degree.
- Accountant: B.Com.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): 12th pass with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Lab Attendant: 10th with Laboratory Techniques certificate/diploma OR 12th with Science.

Click “Apply Online” and register with a valid email ID and mobile number. An application ID and password will be generated.
- Fill the Application Form:

- Pay the Fee:
