Application Fee 

• General: ₹500/-
• SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PH: ₹250/-

Age Limit (As on 01 January 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Here’s a quick look at category-wise post distribution:

Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)

1. Physiotherapist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T.)
• Must be registered with Madhya Pradesh Co-Medical Council.

2. Counsellor

• Postgraduate Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Family Therapy (PGDCFT)

3. Pharmacist Grade-II

• 10+2 with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Diploma or Degree (B.Pharma/M.Pharma) in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Registration with MP Pharmacy Council is mandatory.

4. Ophthalmic Assistant

• 12th pass with Science (Biology group).
• 2-year Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant / Optometry and Refraction.
• Valid registration with MP Paramedical Council.

5. OT Technician

• 12th pass with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• 1-year certificate in Operation Theatre Technician from a government-recognized institute.
• Must be registered with MP Paramedical Council.

 Salary & Pay Scale

Pay scales for these posts will be as per Madhya Pradesh government norms. Details will be available in the final appointment letter or official notification.
