Educational Qualification & Other Requirements
Personal Assistant (PA)
- Graduate degree from any recognized University.
- English Shorthand Examination with a speed of 80 words per minute from a recognized Board of Shorthand and Typewriting.
- One-year Diploma in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Stenographer
- Graduate degree from any recognized University.
- English Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute from a Board/Institution recognized by the MP Government.
- A valid CPCT Score Card issued by the M.P. Agency for Promotion of Information Technology (MAP-IT) or any agency recognized by the MP Government
OR
A one-year Diploma in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the MP Government.

Salary / Pay Scale
- Personal Assistant (PA): ₹36,200 – ₹1,14,800 (as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix).
- Stenographer: ₹19,500 – ₹62,000 (as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix).
