Information: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) under the Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) – CRP RRBs XIV. A total of 13,217 vacancies have been announced across various posts. The deadline to apply is September 21, 2025, and the online application procedure has already begun as of September 1, 2025. Educational Qualification
1. Office Assistants (Multipurpose):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in the local language of the state.
2. Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Preference given to candidates with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Proficiency in the local language.
3. Officer Scale II (Manager):
- General Banking Officer (GBO): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks and 2 years of banking experience.
- Specialist Officers (SO):
- IT Officer: Degree in Electronics/Computer Science/IT with 50% marks + 1-year experience.
- Chartered Accountant: CA certificate + 1 year as CA.
- Law Officer: LLB degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
- Treasury Manager: CA/MBA in Finance + 1 year experience.
- Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing + 1 year experience.
- Agricultural Officer: Degree in Agriculture/related fields with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
4. Officer Scale III (Senior Manager):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
