Application Fee 

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹650/-
• SC / ST / ALL Female: ₹550/-

Age Limit (As on 17 August 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 27 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.

 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the post of Security Assistant/Executive, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) or equivalent from a recognized board.
2. Domicile Requirement:
   • Must possess a domicile certificate of the state/UT where the SIB office is located and where the candidate is applying.
3. Language Proficiency:
   • Must have knowledge of any one local language/dialect mentioned against each SIB in the official notification.

The vacancies are distributed across various states/UTs and cities. Here’s a quick overview of major locations:

Candidates should apply only for one SIB as per their domicile and language proficiency.

Salary & Perks

Selected candidates will be appointed in Pay Level 3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100/-) under the 7th CPC pay matrix.

Additional Benefits:

• Special Security Allowance (SSA): 20% of Basic Pay.
• Holiday Duty Allowance: Up to 30 days’ pay as compensation for duties performed on government holidays.
