BTSC JE Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering in the relevant field from a recognized institute/university approved by AICTE.

• For Civil JE: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• For Mechanical JE: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• For Electrical JE: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates for the BTSC Junior Engineer post will receive a salary as per Level-6 of the 7th Pay Commission, ranging between:

₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400/- per month,
along with additional allowances as per government norms.

5. Fill out the application form carefully with your personal and educational details.
6. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and documents in the required format.
7. Pay the application fee through online payment mode.
8. Double-check all information and click on “Final Submit”.
9. Take a printout of the submitted form for future reference.
