Information: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially started the online application process for the 4th and 5th phase of Sakshamta Pariksha 2025. This exam is specifically meant for in-service teachers working in government-aided schools across Bihar. Candidates who missed earlier phases or were unable to appear in the previous exams now have another opportunity to participate.

The application process began on 12th July 2025, and interested teachers can submit their forms online until 19th July 2025. This is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and the examination dates will be notified soon

Application Fee

  • All Candidates: ₹1100/-
  • Payment Mode: Online (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card)

Note: Candidates who applied and paid the fee for Phase 2 but couldn’t appear for the exam, don’t need to repay the fee. They can directly take part in this phase.

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria for Sakshamta Pariksha 2025
  1. Teachers currently working in Primary, Middle, Secondary, or Higher Secondary schools under local bodies.
  2. Includes teachers of Physical Education and Librarians.
  3. Teachers who:
    • Did not appear in Sakshamta Pariksha 2024 (Phase 1 or 2), or
    • Appeared but failed in previous phases.
  4. Candidates who paid the fee earlier for Phase 2 but missed the exam can apply without fee payment.

There is no specific age limit for this examination.

Before applying, candidates must ensure they have the following documents ready (in PDF or JPG format):

  • 10th (Matric) Marksheet & Certificate
  • 12th (Intermediate) Marksheet & Certificate
  • Graduation Degree & Marksheet
  • Post-Graduation (if applicable)
  • B.Ed / D.El.Ed / B.Lib Certificate and Marksheet
  • TET / CTET / STET Certificate
  • Appointment Letter issued by local body
  • Caste Certificate (if SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card

Step 1: Registration
  1. Visit the official website: secondary.biharboardonline.com
  2. Click on the “Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha 2025” registration link.
  3. Enter your name, email ID, mobile number, and other details.
  4. Submit to receive your Login ID and Password via SMS/email.
 Step 2: Fill Application Form
  1. Log in using your ID and password.
  2. Fill in your personal, academic, and service-related details.
  3. Upload all required documents in the correct format.
  4. Pay the fee (if applicable).
  5. Verify all information carefully.
  6. Submit and download the application receipt.
  7. Take a printout for future reference.
