Information: The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has officially released a notification for the recruitment of Prohibition Constable, Jail Warder, and Mobile Squad Constable under various departments — including the Prohibition Department, Home (Prison) Department, and Transport Department. केंद्रीय चयन बोर्ड कांस्टेबल (सीएसबीसी) ने विभिन्न विभागों के तहत निषेध कांस्टेबल, जेल वार्डर और मोबाइल स्क्वाड कांस्टेबल की भर्ती के लिए आधिकारिक तौर पर एक अधिसूचना जारी की है – जिसमें निषेध विभाग, गृह (कारागार) विभाग और परिवहन विभाग शामिल हैं। बिहार पुलिस में सरकारी नौकरी पाने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों के लिए कुल 4128 रिक्तियों की घोषणा की गई है। ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया 6 अक्टूबर 2025 से शुरू होगी और सीएसबीसी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट – csbc.bihar.gov.in के माध्यम से 5 नवंबर 2025 तक जारी रहेगी।

Educational Qualification

1. Prohibition Constable / Mobile Squad Constable
  • The candidate must have passed 12th class (Intermediate) or equivalent.
  • Other acceptable qualifications include:
    • Moulvi Certificate
    • Shastri (with English)
    • Acharya (without English)
    • Any equivalent qualification recognized by the Bihar Sanskrit Board or State Government.
2. Jail Warder
  • Candidates must have passed 12th class (Intermediate) or equivalent exam from a recognized board/council approved by the State or Central Government.

Note: For the post of Mobile Squad Constable, the applicant must possess a valid driving license for two-wheelers and four-wheelers (LMV/HMV) issued before 26th September 2025.
