BCECE LE Counselling 2025: Key Highlights

Who Can Participate in BCECE LE Counselling 2025?

To be eligible for BCECE LE 2025 Counselling, a candidate must:

• Be a resident of Bihar.
• Have cleared the BCECE LE 2025 exam.
• Hold a 3-year Diploma in the relevant field with minimum 45% marks (for SC/ST, minimum 40%).
• Or, have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent.

Documents Required During Document Verification

Here’s the list of documents you must carry (in original and photocopy):

• Matric Admit Card, Marksheet & Certificate
• Intermediate Admit Card, Marksheet & Certificate
• Diploma Admit Card, Marksheet & Certificate
• BCECE LE 2025 Admit Card
• 6 Recent Passport Size Photographs
• Aadhar Card (Self-attested)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate (Residential Proof)
• Character Certificate
• Online Application Confirmation Page
• Choice Filling Slip & Verification Slip (2 copies)

Tip: Arrange your documents in a folder as per this order to avoid last-minute panic during verification.

How to Fill Choice for BCECE LE Counselling 2025?

Follow the steps below to complete your choice filling process:

1. Visit the official counselling website: https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
2. Click on the link “Choice Filling for BCECE LE 2025 Counselling”
3. Login using your Roll Number & Date of Birth
4. Fill your preferred course and college choices
5. Carefully review your choices
6. Lock your choices before the deadline (13 July 2025)
7. Download and print your choice confirmation slip

How Will Seat Allotment Happen?

The seat allotment is based on:

• Your rank in BCECE LE 2025
• Choices you filled and locked
• Availability of seats in your selected course/institution

The first round of allotment will be declared on 16 July 2025, followed by physical document verification on 21st and 22nd July. If seats remain vacant, another round will be conducted in late July/early August.

• Enter your Roll Number and DOB
