Information: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has officially released a notification for the recruitment of Grade IV posts in its office. A total of 20 vacancies have been announced, and both male and female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online.

The online application process has already started on 10th September 2025 and will continue until 9th October 2025. Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before submitting their application form.

Application Fee 

  • Application Fee: ₹47.20/-
  • Mode of Payment: Online only

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years
  • Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government norms.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for APSC Grade IV posts must fulfill the following educational requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Class 8 pass
  • Maximum Qualification: Class 12 (HSSLC) pass or equivalent
  • Important Note: Candidates with qualifications higher than Class 12 are not eligible to apply. (As per Government Notification No. ABP.29/2022/22 dated 15th March 2022).

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in the Pay Band-1, ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹52,000, along with a Grade Pay of ₹3,900 plus admissible allowances as per Assam State Government rules.
