Application Fee 

• SC / ST / BC / PwBD: ₹250/-
• All Other Candidates: ₹330/-

The application fee must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 42 Years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules for SC, ST, BC, EWS, and other categories.

APPSC AE Eligibility Criteria 2025

1. Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Engineering Subordinate Service

• Must possess an LCE certificate issued by the State Board of Technical Education & Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh.
• Equivalent qualifications recognized by SBTET are also acceptable.

2. Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Water Resources Subordinate Service

• Candidate must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or an institution approved by AICTE or UGC.
• Equivalent qualifications recognized under Central, State, or Provincial Acts are valid.

3. Assistant Engineer (Civil/Mechanical) – Panchayati Raj & Rural Development Subordinate Service

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
  OR
• Diploma in U.S., LCE, LME, LAE, LSE, or DCE issued by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, or any equivalent qualification.

Salary and Pay Scale

Selected candidates for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil/Mechanical) will receive a salary as per Pay Level-7 under the Andhra Pradesh State Government Pay Matrix.
Approximate salary range: ₹44,570 – ₹1,27,480 per month (including allowances and benefits).

1. Visit the Official Website:
   Go to psc.ap.gov.in.
2. One-Time Profile Registration (OTPR):
   Complete the OTPR process by clicking on “One Time Profile Registration” at https://otpr-psc.ap.gov.in/.
3. Login:
   Use your registered OTPR ID and password to log in to the portal.
4. Find the AE Recruitment Notification:
   Go to the “Latest Notifications” section and select Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2025.
5. Fill Out the Application Form:
   Enter personal, educational, and professional details carefully.
6. Upload Documents:
   Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and educational certificates.
7. Pay the Application Fee:
   Complete the fee payment online through available payment modes.
8. Submit and Print Application:
   Review all details, submit the form, and download/print the confirmation page for future reference.
