Eligibility Criteria

For B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing:

• 12th pass with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board.
• Minimum marks required:
• General / OBC / EWS: 55%
• SC / ST: 50%

For B.Sc. Paramedical & Post-Basic Nursing:

• 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics (as applicable per course).
• For courses like Operation Theatre Technology, Dental Hygiene, etc., Biology is mandatory.

For M.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. / M. Biotechnology:

• Candidate must have one of the following degrees with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST):
• MBBS / BDS
• B.V.Sc.
• B.Pharmacy
• BPT (4½ year course)
• B.Sc. (Minimum 3 years’ duration in any subject)

Age Limit (For B.Sc. Nursing Only)

• Minimum Age: 17 years as of 31st December 2025

How to Apply (Step-by-Step Guide)

1. Visit the official AIIMS website: aiimsexams.ac.in
2. Go to the “Academic Courses” section and choose your desired program.
3. Complete the Basic Registration (upload photo and signature).
4. Generate Registration Code (from 17 April to 15 May 2025).
5. Fill out the Final Registration with remaining details and pay the application fee.
6. Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
