Application Fee 

• General / OBC: ₹3,500
• SC / ST / PwD: ₹2,500

The application fee must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

AIBE 20 Eligibility Criteria 2025

To appear in AIBE XX (20), candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

1. Educational Qualification
   • The applicant must hold a 3-year LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB degree from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
2. Enrollment with State Bar Council
   • Candidates should be enrolled as an advocate with any State Bar Council of India.
   • Enrollment ID is mandatory while applying.
3. Nationality
   • Both Indian male and female law graduates are eligible.

Minimum Passing Percentage

• General / OBC: 45%
• SC / ST / PwD: 40%

Candidates securing these minimum marks will be declared as “Qualified” and awarded the Certificate of Practice.

AIBE 20 Exam Pattern 2025

• Mode of Exam: Offline (Pen & Paper based)
• Total Questions: 100 (MCQ type)
• Duration: 3 Hours 30 Minutes
• Subjects Covered: Law subjects like Constitutional Law, IPC, CrPC, CPC, Evidence Act, Professional Ethics, IPR, etc.
• Marking Scheme:
  • Each question carries 1 mark.
  • No negative marking for wrong answers.

How to Apply for AIBE 20 Exam 2025 Online

Follow these steps carefully to fill the application form for AIBE XX:

1. Visit Official Website – Go to www.allindiabarexamination.com.
2. New Registration – Click on “Registration link AIBE-XX” and create an account using your name, email ID, mobile number, and enrollment details.
3. Login to Dashboard – Use your registered email/mobile number and password.
4. Fill Application Form – Enter academic qualifications, enrollment ID, category, and other required details.
5. Upload Documents – Upload scanned copy of photograph, signature, and enrollment certificate in the prescribed format.
6. Pay Examination Fee – Pay through online gateway using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
7. Final Submission – Review all details and submit the application form.
8. Print Confirmation Page – Download and keep a hard copy for future reference.
