Eligibility Criteria
1. Registrar / Finance Officer / Controller of Examinations
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience as Assistant Professor (Academic Level 11 & above) or 8 years at Level 12 & above OR
Comparable experience in research institutions OR
15 years of administrative experience with at least 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
2. Deputy Registrar
- Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks.
- Nine years’ experience as Assistant Professor (Level 10 & above) with administrative background OR
Comparable research/administrative experience OR
Five years’ administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
3. University Deputy Director of Physical Education
- Ph.D. in Physical Education/ Sports Science.
- At least 8 years’ experience as University/College DPES.
- Proven record of organizing sports events and coaching camps of minimum two weeks.
- Evidence of guiding teams/athletes to perform at state/national/inter-university level.
- Must meet prescribed physical fitness test norms (as per official notification).
4. Assistant Registrar
- Master’s degree with 55% marks.
- Minimum five years of supervisory/administrative experience.

- Click on Online Application and select the “Non-Teaching Posts 2025” link (active from 18 Sept 2025).
- Register with valid email ID and mobile number.
- Complete the form with personal, educational, and experience details.
- Upload scanned copies of all required documents.
- Pay the application fee online and submit the form.
- Take a printout of the submitted application and send the hard copy along with self-attested documents to the prescribed JPSC office address before 21 October 2025.
