Haryana DElEd Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the DElEd program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any equivalent recognized board.
   • Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in aggregate with five subjects including English as one of the compulsory subjects.
2. Relaxation in Marks:
   • A relaxation of 5% (i.e., 47.5% minimum) will be provided for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC), and Differently Abled (PH) categories.
3. Language Requirement:
   • Candidates must have studied Hindi/Sanskrit at the Matriculation level.

Selection Procedure

The selection process will not involve any entrance exam. Instead, admission will be granted purely on merit basis calculated from the marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. The merit list will be released stream-wise to ensure fair distribution of seats.

Stream-wise Seat Distribution:

• Science: 30%
• Commerce: 28%
• Arts: 40%
• Vocational: 2%

This structured distribution ensures equal opportunities for candidates from different academic backgrounds.

How to Apply: Haryana DElEd Admission 2025-27

1. Check Eligibility First
2. Visit the Official Portal
   • Go to dedharyana.org or scertharyana.gov.in when the application window opens.
3. Register / Login
   • Click on “Online Application Form” for DElEd Admission.
   • If new candidate, register by filling your personal details (name, address, DOB, mobile number, email etc.). You’ll likely create a user ID and password.
4. Fill the Application Form
   • After login, fill in all required details: stream (Arts / Science / Commerce / Vocational), educational qualification details (marks, board, year), category (General / SC / BC etc.), and other required information.
   • For DElEd (Urdu) course, additional requirement: passed Urdu in Secondary (10th) examination.
5. Choose Colleges / Institutions & Streams
   • You will have to select your preferred institutions/colleges from the available list. Fill in 5 institutions as your choice.
   • Also select the stream corresponding to your 10+2 combination (Arts / Commerce / Science / Vocational).
6. Upload Documents
   • You will need scanned copies of certain documents: 10+2 mark sheet, proof of category (if applicable), identity proof, etc.
7. Pay Application / Registration Fee
8. Submit the Form
   • After payment, review all details carefully and submit the form.
   • Save / download the confirmation / receipt. Keep it for future reference.
9. Merit List & Allotment
   • After applications close, SCERT Haryana will prepare a merit list based on 10+2 marks, stream-wise.
   • Allotment of seats will follow in rounds; you may have to report to the designated institution appropriately.

Important Notes:

• Ensure all information is filled correctly; incomplete forms may be rejected.
• Keep your scanned documents ready: photo, signature, degree certificates, etc.
