Information: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has launched the Mukhyamantri Balika (Intermediate) Protsahan Yojana 2025 to encourage higher education among unmarried female students and provide them with financial assistance. Under this initiative, all eligible girls who have passed the BSEB Intermediate Annual Examination 2025 will receive a one-time incentive of ₹25,000 directly in their bank accounts via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

This financial support aims to help cover expenses such as further studies, educational materials, college fees, or any other academic needs, empowering young women to pursue their careers with confidence.

About the Scheme

This scheme comes under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana of the Bihar Government.

Additional Benefits for SC/ST Girls under Mukhyamantri Medhavriti Yojana

Apart from the ₹25,000 under the Kanya Utthan Yojana:

  • SC/ST girls with 1st Division: ₹15,000
  • SC/ST girls with 2nd Division: ₹10,000

Important:
SC/ST girls who qualify must fill two separate forms – one for Kanya Utthan Yojana (₹25,000) and another for Medhavriti Yojana (₹15,000 or ₹10,000 depending on division).

Eligibility Criteria
