Information: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially invited online applications for the recruitment of School Lecturers under the Department of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. A total of 3225 vacancies have been announced for various subjects including Hindi, English, Political Science, Commerce, and more.
If you’re a postgraduate with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification, this is your chance to apply for a respected teaching position in the Rajasthan government school system. The application window opens on 14th August 2025 and closes on 12th September 2025

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill both academic and cultural requirements to be eligible.
Educational Qualification (Subject-wise Overview)
- Posts 1 to 12, 14 to 16:
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (recognized by UGC)
- Degree/Diploma in Education (recognized by NCTE or Government)
- Post 13 (Home Science):
- PG in Home Science (recognized by UGC/ICAR)
- Degree/Diploma in Education
- Post 17 (Biology-related):
- PG in Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Science, or Bioscience
- Graduation must include both Botany & Zoology
- B.Ed/Diploma in Education
- Post 18 (Commerce):
- PG in Commerce with B.Com
- OR PG in Commerce with two teaching subjects prescribed by RBSE
- B.Ed/Diploma in Education
- Post 19 (Drawing):
- PG in Drawing OR
- Diploma (4 or 5 years) in Arts from a Govt-recognized institution
- Post 20 (Music):
- PG in Music or equivalent qualification recognized by Govt.
- Post 21 (Physical Education):
- UG + PG in Physical Education (M.P.Ed – 2 years) recognized by NCTE
- Posts 22 to 27 (Sports Coaches):
- Graduate with Degree/Diploma in Physical Education
- Full-time National Institute of Sports (NIS) Certificate in respective sport
Language & Culture Requirement
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script
- Familiarity with Rajasthani culture is mandatory

- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age relaxation applies as per government norms

- Go to the official RPSC website: rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in
- Register on the Rajasthan SSO portal: sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register
- Login with your SSO ID and navigate to Recruitment Portal
- Select School Lecturer 2025 from the list
- Fill the online form and upload documents (photo, signature, certificates)
- Pay the application fee online
- Submit the application and download a copy for your records
